Russian artist born into an old family of well-known
artists in Moscow. Studied stage design at Stanislavsky Theatre Art
Academy in Moscow in 1985-1990. Has been living in London since 1991.
Works in the avantgarde tradition of Marcel Duchamp's "ready-mades",
combining these with the Russian futurist tradition. Particularly
interested in using natural materials, such as wood, fish scale, etc.
Participated in more that 40 joint and solo exhibitions. Personal show on
